Warranty and Installation Policy – Self Solutions Company (SSC)
First: Warranty Policy
Self Solutions Company is committed to providing the best international products, and all our equipment is subject to the following warranty policy:
Warranty Period: The company warrants all equipment (cameras, PBX systems, recording devices) for two years (24 months) against manufacturing defects from the date of installation or purchase.
Warranty Scope: The warranty covers the replacement or repair of parts with manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from misuse, exposure to unstable electrical current, natural disasters, or tampering with the device by an unauthorized party.
Accessories: A limited 6-month warranty applies to adapters, wires, and connectors.
Second: Installation Policy
To ensure service that meets our standards, we adhere to the following guidelines:
Appointment: Installation appointments are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation or as agreed upon with the client.
Site Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the site before starting to ensure optimal viewing angles and cable laying that preserves the aesthetic appeal of the location.
Installation: We are committed to using high-quality cables and conduits to guarantee signal stability and resistance to weather conditions.
Training: After installation, the technician will provide the client with a simplified training course on how to operate the system, monitor via mobile, and retrieve recordings.
Third: Technical Support and Maintenance
The company offers free on-site maintenance (visit service) for 3 months from the installation date in case of any technical malfunctions in the system.
After the free maintenance period, the client can subscribe to annual maintenance contracts to ensure the system continues to operate at peak efficiency.
Fourth: Disclaimer
Self-Solutions Company is not responsible for data loss or recordings if the hard drive’s periodic maintenance instructions are not followed.
The company is not responsible for connecting the system to the internet if there are faults with the client’s service provider.
